I agree an artist-driven revolution in E. Europe is wishful thinking, and probably naive. But so were a lot of things in history that ended up happening :). I’ve spent a lot of time in various parts of the region since ‘89, though not much in the last 10-15 years. It’s very strange to see how things have unfolded, not just in Hungary but also places like Czech Republic and of course Poland.
