Maybe even harder. You would think that since digital takes away much of what made photography hard technically, people would be freed to develop "creative thinking, storytelling and true originality”. Somehow those things only became harder, but yes, they are still the best reasons to do photography at all. I truly think that otherwise it’s better to simply do something else.
